You would think that Mansfield, Pa., would be pretty well insulated from the nastier things in today’s world. Like anthrax. But way down in the story about the New York City man who contracted inhalation anthrax (likely from African hides) is the tidbit that the man was performing at Mansfield University, where he collapsed. A good friend ours works at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa., where the man is still hospitalized. Small, small world.
