Fat Kitty

Fat Kitty

Fat Kitty, nee Mencken, nee Elvis, passed away Sunday night after a brief illness, with his family at his side. He was approximately 9 or 10 years old, cranky and very handsome. Fat Kitty enjoyed sleeping, receiving brushings, going for walks and, of course, eating. He was, to the very end, a good kitty who held no grudges, no matter how many times he was transported to the vet. He is survived and missed by an adoring sister, The Tuna, and two parents. In lieu of donations, please consider adopting an older cat from your local shelter.

  1. A fitting honor for Fat Kitty Willis, the world’s most spoiled — and content — feline. He will be missed by his regular visitors, and his generosity in sharing couch space will be remembered, as well.

  2. So sad that Fat Kitty is gone. I will be on the look out for another friend for The Tuna. ;)

  3. My deepest sympathies. No one can replace Fat Kitty in your hearts, but here’s hoping another felicitous feline will soon join him there. Keep that spot on couch nice and warm for a worthy occupant.
