You May Have Noticed

Some changes around these parts. I wanted to check out WordPress, a relatively new blogging system, and found that I linked it a lot, although I’m still pretty tied to many of the tricks that Movable Type allows. WordPress is PHP-based, which doesn’t matter to me one way or the other, but for a site like this it makes a lot of sense – everything is dynamically-generated and the “Briefly Noted” section doesn’t require a separate weblog as it does using MT. Now, I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be switching any other sites over to WP, which is pretty young yet development-wise, but using it for this site will give me the chance to see how it grows. So far, so good.
