Hierarchical Data

When you work with large single-line databases for a living, you rarely think of them in other ways beyond the standard SQL stuff (ok, maybe a crosstab or two, but that’s it). Which is why I’ll be curious to read about storing hierarchical data in a database and using it to show tree-type relationships. (via Keith Devens)
