Hire a Librarian, AOL

Today’s Wall Street Journal reports that, along with this Microsoft snooping mess, our pals at AOL had once hired the PIs at Terry Lenzner’s outfit. The week-long gig apparently only involved searches of Lexis-Nexis and public records.
Come on. AOL really has no one that can do this? You’d figure somebody at that company might have some familiarity with searching online databases. Hire a research librarian, folks.
